Project Overview
CrewTrak is Cavalry Transport’s flagship mobile and web application for coordinating crew movements to transport terminals. Although developed and published to both the Apple App Store and Google Play, the app faced early stability challenges and lacked an organized support process. Cavalry needed a partner to deliver ongoing code support, streamline infrastructure management, and chart a clear path toward reducing technical debt.
The Challange
Our Solution
MorelandConnect embedded one to two dedicated engineers to work alongside Cavalry’s team under a time‐and‐materials model. We established a rapid‐response workflow for troubleshooting production bugs, designed and delivered requested feature enhancements, and took over Azure hosting management to ensure reliability and cost transparency. In parallel, we conducted a hands‐on technical assessment of the codebase and infrastructure, culminating in a detailed recommendation to migrate the front end from AureliaJS to ReactJS to lower long‐term support overhead.
