The manual workflows and siloed modules led to data entry errors, delayed purchase cycles, and limited real-time visibility. MorelandConnect was brought on to reimagine IRAP as a modern, cloud-based platform that streamlines end-to-end procurement processes, integrates trusted pricing sources, and enforces audit compliance.

The new UI guides users through bid entry, PO creation, receipt logging, and audit reconciliation, while background jobs handle nightly syncs and pricing lookups. Integrations with Quantum and AVREF ensure users always work with the latest part data and historical quote trends. Rigorous quality testing and on-site implementation support ensured a smooth rollout.
