We ran focused discovery workshops to validate requirements, then mapped screen flows and built detailed wireframes. Leveraging React, we first developed a front-end-only demo that uses mock APIs to simulate user login, dashboard reporting, vendor portals, compliance checks, and the Preferred Distribution Channel Calculator. Once the concept was proven, an API and SQL database was setup to integrate data manipulation and authentication into the solution.
